- Lakewood - Very country! Lots of trees! Pricey because of its great close in location Charm & Character. Homes built in the 40's and 50's. Many remodels make this a fabulous area. Great schools and short distance to town!
- Larkey Park - Built from the 40's to 70's, Larkey Park features
a great close-in location
and a great location for commuters. Located near the well known "Larkey Park" and "Lindsay Museum". Lots of trails nearby for hiking and recreation. Median priced homes for the Walnut Creek area. These homes were built on cement slabs with radiant heating, tar and gravel roofs, and court yards. Original homes were built in the 50's. Many have since been remodeled to include central heat and air conditioning. Located close to shopping and the top rated Northgate Schools.
- Rudgear Estates - Another highly sought after South Walnut Creek location with Community Pools, sidewalks, lots of open space, views, and hills. These lovely homes were built in the 1970's. People love the country feeling and few stop signs on the way to the freeway. Again, GREAT Schools!
