- Campolindo - A planned unit development near Campolindo high school, built in the late '60s and '70s by the Singer Corp. offering a community swimming facility. Many of the homes have been upgraded. The community offers a close proximity to Rheem Valley shopping and Lafayette.
- Moraga Country Club - The Moraga Country Club is a planned unit development comprised of town homes and detached homes built starting in the late '60s by Clark Wallace and Wooldridge Construction. It was built out over several phases. Initially it started around the nine-hole golf course, which was later expanded to an 18-hole golf course and driving range utilizing land that was controlled by Caltrans. There are 12 tennis courts, a clubhouse, a main pool facility and three satellite pools. There's a 24-hour security patrol.
- Moraga Place - A lovely, quality subdivision developed by Clawson, Diablo Pacific Properties in 1985 and 1986. One of the newer subdivisions for Moraga located close to the Rheem shopping center.
- Sanders Ranch - Sanders Ranch is a luxury, gated community located at the far southeastern part of Moraga, developed by the Herald Smith Company and Clark Wallace. Several builders were involved in building custom-built homes within the community along with the Herald Smith Company and Clawson- Diablo Pacific Properties. The community is in a Valley surrounded by Hills. There is a combination of patio homes on smaller sites, detached homes 1/4 to 1/2 acre sites, and estate homes on acreage sites.
- Sonsara - Sonsara is one of the youngest, high-quality, upscale developments in Moraga with homes built by Taylor -Woodrow from 1999 to 2001. One will find all of the latest in new construction amenities. Enjoy outstanding views of the Moraga Country Club golf course. Have fun on the Fourth of July watching the fireworks from the comfort of your own home.
- Willow Springs - A luxury, upscale, ridgeline development of quality homes built in the late '80s and early '90s by Clawson, Diablo Pacific Properties, offering fabulous views. Willow Springs is part of Rheem Valley Manner.
